Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on Vyder.AI are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued after purchase, including immediately after checkout.
- No refunds for unused time on any subscription, plan, or access period.
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with results, including the quantity or quality of analyses, scores, or AI-generated outputs.
- No refunds for failure to use the software, including forgetting you purchased it, losing account access you did not safeguard, or choosing not to log in.
- No refunds for changes in your circumstances, such as no longer needing the product.
Why
Vyder.AI is a digital product. Each analysis consumes compute, AI-inference, and third-party data costs the moment you initiate it, and access to the product is granted instantly upon purchase. Because of the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, all sales are final.
Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to override mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires us to provide a refund (for example, certain statutory cooling-off periods), we will comply with the minimum requirement of that law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under such a law, contact us at support@vyder.ai with your order details and the specific legal basis for your request.
Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error, or charged but did not receive access, contact support@vyder.ai within 14 days of the transaction and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing issue. Filing a fraudulent chargeback may result in immediate termination of your account.
